- All cancellations or changes are subject to an administrative fee, depending on the specific case. No refunds will be given for missed tours or no-shows.
- Services canceled due to weather, illness, or force majeure will be rescheduled, credits for other services will be issued, and refunds will be processed by our managers and/or customer service agents, upon receipt of the appropriate documentation, such as a doctor's note in case of illness.
- No refunds will be given for services purchased less than 48 hours before the activity.
