- Children between the ages of 0 and 6 are not permitted to participate in the tour.
- The use of sunscreen is not permitted.

- The client (buyer) is responsible for following the instructions of the supplier and their representatives and will pay for damages caused by negligence. Only persons over 18 years of age may consume alcoholic beverages.
- The supplier is responsible for compensating and/or paying damages due to negligence and/or applying its insurance as applicable.
- An administrative fee applies to all cancellations or changes, depending on the case. No refunds apply for failure to take the tour or no-shows. Services canceled due to weather, illness, or force majeure will be rescheduled. Credits will be granted for other services. Refunds will be requested and processed through our managers and/or customer service agents with supporting documentation, such as a medical receipt in case of illness.
- Services purchased less than 48 hours before the activity are not refundable.
