- Xoximilco Cancun activities are recommended for children over 5 years old (children must be accompanied by an adult at all times).

- Xoximilco Cancun opens from Monday to Saturday from 7:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.
- Duration: 3 hours approximately.
- The minimum age recommended is 5 years.
- Children aged 5 to 11 pay half the adult ticket (must show ID at the ticket office of the Park).
- Children over 1.40 m but under 12 years of age, must present identification to verify their age.
- The trajineras have a maximum capacity of 20 passengers.
