- The use of video cameras inside the archaeological zone incurs an additional tax not included in the tour price.

- Reservations canceled more than two days prior to the original arrival date are subject to a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations made 2 to 0 days prior to the original arrival date, or in case of no-show, are non-refundable. Any changes to the visit date may be subject to changes in the price. It is not possible to change the date on the day of the tour.
- Changes to the logistics or operation of the tour may occur without prior notice.

For children, CURP, school ID with photo, or vaccination card are valid forms of identification. The document must be presented in its original form, not a digital version.
